Can I change the shipping address?

If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us to inform us immediately of your new address before your order is shipped out.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped but you can Intercept the package for a fee through USPS package Intercept  use your tracking number to see if your package qualifies.

If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day. 

It is the customers responsibility to double check your shipping address. 

We are not responsible for misprint. You will be responsible for reshipment of your order once the item is returned to our facility. 



If a customer refuses to sign for the package your shipping fee is non refundable. Once the item is returned to our facility we will return your cost minus shipping and restocking fee. 



All domestic parcels are shipped using USPS flat rate of $5.00 per item. For eco purposes we do not offer rush shipping. 



International Shipments Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs We can not control customs and how long they take with your product to pass clearance. Even if you paid Express shipping we CAN NOT control Customs or how long they take to process your item. It is your responsibility to monitor the item once you are given a tracking number.

Items will be shipped out of the warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt. Which means once your payment is clear Monday - Friday. Shipping method FedEx Ground (unless otherwise selected) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii - rate may vary). Drop Ship items may take longer. All packages over $50 will ship "signature required" - someone must be present at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.



First class mail - Shipments weighing less the 1 pound. 3-5 business days

We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. A tracking number will be provided.


Returns + Refunds



If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our producst, you have the right to requerst a refund within fourteen days of payment, in accordance with Ama Seabeauty regulations with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period {i.e of 14 days}, we would happily replace or refund any value for items not used or packet unopened less the postage, handling and shipping charges.  To cancel an order, please contact us with the reason for cancellation and the name of the person who made the transaction.



When you purchase an item from any site, you can generally only return faulty items. If you simply change your mind or decide you don't like the color, you have no recourse. However, you can cancel an online transaction and receive a refund anytime in the first fourteen working days for any reason. You are required to contact us. Although you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the items you purchased, the site may demand that items be returned in their original packaging. There are some exceptions to the cooling-off period. This goes for perishable goods and anything that was custom made just for you.



We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.



If an item is found defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and is in its original condition and then issue either a full refund.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.



If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have
paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer. 

We also will refund you the shipping charges in store credits. 

Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact.



  • Contact us with the subject line “RETURN”. within 14 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.
  • We will strive to close the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.



  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "'s 14 Day Returns Policy"

We can not honor any discount code that is not entered during your order. All discount codes must be entered on the final stage of the checkout.
