Welcome to Ama Sea Beauty TREAT YOURSELF home spa rituals. Ama SeaBeauty's line of cellular longevity products were developed through my own personal need to address beauty with simple solutions.

Let me teach you how to become your own home skincare expert.

The ancient Greeks believed seawater preserved and restored good health. In 19th century France, seawater was regarded as a complete mineral source that cured ailments caused by mineral imbalance and modern lifestyle choices. Delivering minerals through the dermal system is the first step to all Thalassotherapy treatments and is phase one of Ama Sea Beauty cellular longevity strategy.

SEABEAUTY is a weekly devotional and self-care skin ritual that puts beauty maintenance in your hands. The SEABEAUTY is perfect for those who have chronic dermal concerns due to mineral imbalances, environmental stressors and modern lifestyle. For this treatment set personal time aside to indulge yourself in a luxurious self-care ritual and home beauty treatment.

Just as you would plan and schedule your workouts in order to maximize your time and results. The same attention, focus and planning should be applied to your beauty ritual to achieve the best outcome to your personal beauty story.

The best place to engage in Ama Sea Beauty treatments is in the bath. The bath allows for your treatments to take place in a calm, non-rushed and relaxing environment. Engaging in beauty practices in this manner provide a passive full body treatment and is an Amazing way to multitask.

Just as an active lifestyle requires certain tools of the trade, so too does an effective home beauty practice.

Optional tools to increase the overall effectiveness of the time you spend Treating Yourself:

  • Face massager/roller - A massager will aid in nutrient uptake and it will give your skin a much-needed workout and it is a decedent way to apply Ama products.

  • Nano Mister - A Nano mister is how a โ€œPROโ€ would apply SEAMIST during a Treatment.

  • Hair towel - A hair towel will keep your hair out of your face and it will make you feel like your bathroom is a spa.

  • Space heater

  • A fluffy robe/slippers - Nothing says spa like quite like slipping into a fluffy robe/slippers right out of the bath.

  • SeaGrains, SeaMist, VitaSea, DeepSea, SeaGlo, SeaScrub

  • SeaTea - if you treat yourself in the tub

  • Hair towel suitable for the bathtub

  • Drinking Water/Tea in a bathroom safe container

  • Robe/slipper/space heater* optional

  • Candles/music* optional

  1. Run your bath and warm/steam your bathroom - place your SeaTea bag in the tub to create a home crafted marine environment.

  2. Place your supplies within reach

  3. Soak for 5 minutes to relax before you begin

  4. CLEANSE: Wet face and one-hand. Sprinkle SEAGRAINS in the palm of your wet hand. Rub hands together and create lather. Exfoliate and cleanse your face/neck/hands and the entire upper body, being careful around eyes. Do not rinse. Lay back and allow the cleanser to set as a mask. 3-5 minutes. When ready wet hands and lather one last time then rinse

  5. SEASCRUB: Place a scoop of SEASCRUB in your palm. Using circular movements evenly distribute it on face. Use the red seaweed wash cloth (from your SEATEA bath bag) to gently and evenly scrub face in an upward and circular motion. Rinse away any salt that gets in the eyes. Sit back in bath and relax and for a few minutes. 3 - 5 minutes. Rinse

  6. DEEPSEA MASK: Use your hand towel to remove excess water from your face/neck and hands. Pump a liberal amount of DeepSea in your palm (5-7 pumps). Using your fingers, cover your face from forehead to base of neck. Sit back and enjoy your bath while your mask sets. Do not rinse.

  7. SEAMIST: Spray on face over your mask. It will rehydrate your mask and add seawater to add intensity to the last few minutes of the treatment. If using a NANO mister: Fill the tank with SEAMIST and mist entire face and upper body until mister is empty. While you wait for - this is a great time to wash the rest of the body with SeaTea. Squeeze SeaTea bath bag to cover the rest of your body with blue foaming seaweed extract. Rinse face and hair using SeaTea bath bag. 5 - 7 minutes

  8. When you are ready slip out of the bathtub leave your body moist, do not completely towel off.

  9. VITASEA: While your body is still moist. Pump VitaSea in your palm. Cover face/neck/upper body/hands. This treatment can extent to the entire body. Do not rinse. Quickly slip into your robe and slippers to hold in the moisture and allow the body to naturally heat up. You will feel your skin tighten as you completely dry.

  10. SEAGLO: Add a couple pumps to your hand. Using fingertips cover face/neck. Rub hands together and gather more oil on your fingertips, quickly and firmly run fingertips into the hairline, and grab the ends of your hair and rub with your palms (using only a small amount). Use remaining oil on your hands for your nails and your feet.

  11. SEATEA: After use, hang in a sunny location to dry, or toss it in your freezer so it stays fresh until you are ready for your next treatment. Bath bags can be used 5-10 times if frozen or dried in the sun between uses. Sea Tea is made from fresh dried sea plants if the bath bag is left wet it will spoil and contents should be tossed in our garden or compost bin.

By adding simple techniques to your personal habits you can elevate your beauty practices to a daily devotion and self-care ritual that you look forward to.
